Heart Health | 036

Atherosclerosis, a fancy name for the clogging of arteries. Whether it be fats, cholesterol or even nicotine, these blockages can lead to a heart attack. Dr. Splaver warns that symptoms don’t usually occur until an artery is at least 70% blocked. Atherosclerosis can be slowed or stopped but is much harder to reverse. If you have risk factors for coronary disease Dr. Splaver suggests a non-invasive imaging test to stay on top of the issue.

Focus on Fish Oil | 035

Dr. Splaver often gets asked by patients about the benefits of a fish oil supplement, so today that’s what we’re discussing. Fish oil is an omega-3 fatty acid that most people first hear of in regards to helping their metabolism, giving them more energy, but at its core, fish oil helps maintain cell membranes. Adam explains why a healthy cell membrane is so important to our health and wellbeing but warns that not all brands of fish oil are created equal.

Fasting For Your Health | 034

Today we’re discussing the practice of fasting, not for spiritual reasons but for health and wellness. Adam shares his experience on an intense, 5-day ‘extended fast’ and how it helped to reset his metabolism and boost his immune system. More common is the practice of ‘intermittent fasting’, which Adam calls more of an eating strategy than a diet. Fasting can be beneficial in the context of health and wellness but always consult your physician first.

Tah and Kole:

They know personal development from top to bottom through their combined 42 years of studying human behavior. With first-hand knowledge of what it takes, they are here to guide their clients to optimal wellbeing.

25 years in emergency medicine, 17 years in educating professionals about life’s addictions, 15 years in various shamanic practices, 15 years personal training and body alignment to NYC’s high-stress entrepreneurs and utilizing multiple somatic trauma/stress release modalities to recognize the body’s subtle cues of dis-ease that evolve into illness.

They are body-obsessed and want their client to flow with the ease, pleasure, and freedom that comes in integrating WITH your body.

Whether their client is attuned to it or not, they are physically affected by the constructs they are participating in.

Tag and Kole work closely with their clients to reframe how they function. This often requires identifying and dismantling the constructs that are dysfunctional or out of alignment with where they want to be or how they want to show up in all aspects of their life.

Tag and Kole are with their clients to co-create their own constructs of who they are and how they want to perform in contrast to what you have been participating in or want to opt out of.

Tah and Kole are here to help their clients to see yourself and dream your whole body into the now. www.tahkole.com
